The main event of the Mujib Borsho is not being held on 17 March. Coronavirus has spread to over 100 countries around the world. The deadly virus has infected in Bangladesh. In view of this, the national implementation committee has decided to postpone the main event of the 17th March parade ground.

Kamal abdul Nasser, A member secretary of the “Mujib Borsho” year celebration committee said this at an emergency press conference in Segunbagicha at international mothers language institute on Sunday night.

Kamal Abdul Nasser Chowdhury said, the program on March 17 has been postponed. It will be done later. Due to the global situation, the program is being rearranged. A celebration will be held to avoid widespread public outcry. Will be organized in a limited range of smaller sizes. Educational institutions will be organized on March 17 in limited form.

Forign guests were expected to attend the inaugural ceremony of Mujib Year along with President Mohammad Abdul Hamid and Prime minister Sheikh Hasina. But foreign guests have canceled the visit considering the global situation in the Coronavirus, the press conference said.

Foreign Guests are not coming with Norendra Modi

Government and presidents of various countries, Including India president Norendro Modi, were scheduled to come to Dhaka to attend the event. However, the event is being halted with foreign guests. Though Narendra Modi is supposed to be the chief guest at the event, he is not coming. Kamal abdul Nasser Chowdhury said, the event could be held at a convenient time later.

Meerjadi Sabrina Flora said in a press release on Subday afternoon three people have been infected with the Coronavirus in Bangladesh.

Of the three peoples infected with coronavirus, Two are man and one women. She said, Two of the victims were Bangladeshis returning to Italy. She also said two men belong to different families. However, she also confirmed that there were one men and one women of the same family.
